Conclusion of a contract for skin cancer screening:


The contract for conducting skin cancer screenings was signed with the following health insurance schemes (valid since September 1, 2006):

•Deutsche Angestellten Krankenkasse
•Hamburg-Münchener Krankenkasse
•Gmünder Ersatzkasse
•Krankenkasse für Bau- und Holzberufe
•Hanseatische Krankenkasse und Eintracht Heusenstamm

Patients (over the age of 20) insured by one of these health insurance companies may undergo this medical examination by their dermatologist once a year.


The medical examination includes:
·    Anamnesis
·    Physical examination, including light microscopy if necessary
·    First time skin type determination
·    Complete documentation

We recommend this skin check up as a precautionary measure, even if you are not a member of one of the health insurance companies listed above. Your health should be worth it.
