Physicians: Dermatology
The dermatological department is equipped to ultra modern diagnostical and therapeutical standards.
Early diagnosis, operative and conservative treatment as well as monitoring of disease history, post-operative treatment of different kinds of skin cancer and skin cancer precursory lesions are amongst the main activities of this specialist department.
Day clinic facilities make more complex operations possible as well as immuno- and chemotherapies.
We use fluorescence diagnosis and photodynamic therapy for particularly minimally invasive treatment of certain kinds of skin cancer and its precursory lesions.
The whole spectrum of diagnosis, treatment and post-operative treatment of tumour patients is being carried out in strict accordance with the current guidelines of the Dermatological Oncology Working Group (ADO) of the German Cancer Association (DKG).
Allergological diseases such as hay fever, eczema, insect sting and bite allergies, food allergies, drug allergies etc. are diagnosed by means of allergy tests and treated accordingly (e.g. hyposensitization).
We treat chronic inflammatory skin diseases such as psoriasis and neurodermitis with various types of therapeutic light in our “Praxisklinik”.
We are especially experienced in treating patients suffering from autoimmunological diseases requiring extensive diagnostical and therapeutical care.
